Jones Unidentified

On April 18, 1990, an unidentified white female was found on the bank of the North Canadian River within the city limits of Jones, Oklahoma. The nude victim, who was covered with a white powder believed to be lime, was around 19-21 years old, 5'7", weighed about 120 lbs, tall and slender build, light reddish-brown should length hair, freckles on face and upper body, appendectomy scar, and she had a small tattoo of a heart with a line through it on her left breast.
